Here, nature has the space to grow. Take the time to absorb all the impressions and experience real silence. Hikers may bump into some Scottish Highlanders during this tour. At the forest's edge you pass Nonke Buusjke, a collection of South Limburg timber-frame houses of historical interest. You can also call in at the only glider airfield in Limburg en route. The route is signposted by posts with gold stars. Parking is available at Boven Water or at restaurant De Lier.
