The Vital Parcours

Stolberg is located in the scenic Münsterwald forest between Breinigerberg and Venwegen. The start and finish point of the 5 main routes is the Waldschänke hiking parking lot at the Schlangenberg nature reserve, which is of supra-regional importance.

A portal boardhere provides visitors with detailed information about the route and level of difficulty of the individual routes.

Another entry point to the Vital-Parcours is the Venwegen hiking parking lot opposite the Birkenhof restaurant.

Over a total length of almost 42 kilometers, 6 routes of varying difficulty have been marked out, which appeal to both beginners and very experienced athletes. The routes build on each other. Directional signs with information on the remaining distance to the finish point always point visitors in the right direction and also provide joggers and hikers with useful information.
