This section of the route runs partly through a wooded area - the Ville. Through the cycle-friendly town of Brühl, past lakes and fields, the stage leads from Erftstadt Blessem along the Erft cycle path to Bedburg. The towns along this stage are Brühl, Erftstadt, Kerpen, Bergheim and Bedburg.
