The 365 km long route leads along the edge of the Eifel through the landscape with the most moated castles in Europe. Nowhere else will you find such a concentration of architectural sights in such a small area. The route is divided into eight stages, with only the Eifel variant exceeding the 50 km mark. The nearest train station is never more than 10 km away - ideal for targeted day or weekend trips. Seamless route signposting and information boards along the route ensure that nobody goes astray. The predominantly flat route, which is suitable for trailers, is optimally designed to meet the needs of cycling families.
