Along the Paustenbacher Venn, through wide moors and quiet streams, you finally reach Monschau. In the historic old town, a window into the era of clothmaking opens up, when the water of the Rur powered the looms and shaped life in the region. You return to Einruhr through the idyllic Rur valley. At the end of the tour, you can let your feet dangle in the water garden at the Heilsteinhaus and let the healing power of the water work its magic on you in peace and quiet.
