As the most significant example of high-tech architecture, the university hospital has been a listed building since 2008. As with the Centre Pompidou in Paris, the entire building is constructed in such a way that visible structures of the building technology and the reinforced concrete skeleton construction can be seen. Floor coverings, doors and wall elements are all in the colors green, silver and yellow, giving the building a special flair.
