When it's a fine day, load up your bike, park your car at Sportzone in Sittard and set off for a beautiful cycle tour through a special area encompassing three countries! On this cross-border route, you'll be travelling on the famous bicycle ferries across the Meuse. Please note: these are not in operation during the winter season. Follow cycle intersections 110-111-32-52-39-31-18-23-19-46-49-50-27-29-110. Enjoy beautiful views and get to know Sittard's historic town centre better. You'll also discover Limbricht Castle, the small roadside chapels ("voetvallen") on Kollenberg hill and Born Castle Park. Friendly Sittard Market and its bustling terraces are ideal for enjoying a well-deserved cup of coffee.
