Möschebrunnen

The bird fountain on the small Münsterplatz square is also affectionately called the "Möschebrunnen" by the people of Aachen because of its little sparrows, as sparrows are called "Mösche" in Aachen dialect. Created in 1978 by Bonifatius Stirnberg, it is one of the few drinking fountains in Aachen's city center.
