Kennedypark
Aachen
The park, named after US President John F. Kennedy, was acquired by the city of Aachen in 1961. The former military site was converted into a green area. Eight remaining pillars of the so-called "Yellow Barracks" now form the entrance area of the park. There are playgrounds for children and a skate park.
